Your tasks

• Support in the recruiting process (job postings, applicant management, scheduling interviews)
• Assistance with the onboarding of new employees
• Maintenance of employee master data and support with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
• Research and participation in HR projects (e.g., employer branding, digitalization, learning & development)
• Preparation of presentations, reports, and analyses
• Support in organizing internal HR events and team activities
  

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience in Human Resources is an advantage, but not required
• Strong interest in HR topics and enjoyment in working with people
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Confident use of MS Office; ideally, first experience with HR software
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
