Power BI is a versatile data visualization tool that allows you to visualize your data, share insights across your organization, and embed them in your app or website. It simplifies publication and distribution features and connects with other Microsoft products and services. Power BI is part of Microsoft's robust commercial software heritage and has proven to be a reliable and effective tool for business intelligence. Microsoft is considered as the leading Analytics and Business Intelligence Platform. Power BI has now been integrated into the Microsoft Fabric Platform.

What you need
This service presumes that you are already utilizing M365 Office applications and have a configured M365 tenant. If this is not the case, we can assist you in preparing accordingly.

Introduction to Power BI & Fabric
(1 day)
Get a high-level overview about all features of Microsoft Fabric including Power BI.
Is-Analysis & Target Definition
(1 day)
Determine the core data sources that should be used for reporting. Analyze if native Power BI features are sufficient or additional advanced Fabric features are needed for your use cases and buy appropriate licenses.
Central Admin Configuration
(1 day)
Centrally enable or disable features depending on your needs globally or only for selected users, for example to prevent oversharing and uncontrolled growth.
User Training
(2 days)
Learn how to load data into Power BI and prepare it for reporting. Add calculations and measures to your semantic model and visualize your data. Share your reports, set permissions and configure automatic refresh.
Support
(10 days)
Get on demand help during your first steps.
Optional: Gateway Installation & Configuration
(4 hours)
Installation and configuration of a gateway server to access local data. Optionally, this can be extended to a high available cluster.
