Motivation
Scrum Masters are true leaders who serve the Scrum Team and the larger organization for adopting Scrum appropriately in order to utilize Scrum effectively and maximize business value via products and services for customers. Developing organizations and teams using Scrum must be coached, facilitated and supported by an educated and experienced Scrum Master.
This accountability serves the Scrum Team, the Scrum Product Owner and the wider organization by empowering self-management and cross-functionality, removing impediments and establishing empirical product planning in complex environments in order to remove waste and deliver high-value product increments ns constantly.

The training material is entirely provided by PRODYNA. For online training you will need a laptop, a web camera and microphone, a stable internet connection as well as preferably a Microsoft Teams account. All participants can inform themselves prior at for any content at https://scrumguides.org/index.html
What you get
The Scrum Master training provides information and tools that you can use to ensure that Scrum is understood and enacted well by your team. This course covers Scrum basics, including the framework, mechanics, and roles of Scrum. But it also teaches how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity, and the total cost of ownership of software products. Students learn through instruction and team-based exercises and are challenged to think on their feet to better understand what to do when they return to their workplaces. This training is specifically targeted to Scrum Masters, but the lessons are applicable to anyone in a role that supports a software development team's efficiency, effectiveness, and continual improvement.
