We will assist you in selecting the appropriate individuals. It’s advisable to bring insights into your current challenges, goals, and customer journey pain points. Additionally, if available, real customer feedback or analytics data would be beneficial.

Define Your Triad
By jointly developing and understanding your business, user, and technology goals, we define a triad that leads us through this vision workshop. For each of the three areas, we first explore your company’s needs, current pain points, and high-value gains before we prioritize them. To round this up, we play “Make a Wish” to include out-of-the-box thinking results into your vision.
Feature Definition
Based on your Triad, we identify core features or solution components that address your goals. This forms the basis for a high-level roadmap with both quick wins and long-term initiatives.
Vision Statement
The workshop ends with us crafting an inspiring, yet clear and future-oriented vision statement. This vision statement forms the base for internal communication and should drive you and your team towards the implementation of your solution.
