Your tasks

  • You will support our experienced sales colleagues throughout the entire sales process, from acquisition to attending customer meetings on-site to conducting contract negotiations, while gaining relevant professional experience.
  • You will actively help to identify new customers in the area of software development, UX design and quality management.
  • You maintain close contact with our partners Microsoft and AWS. You will help us to win projects together and further develop the partnership.
  • You will maintain our CRM platform and automate campaigns in Hubspot.
  • You will review RFP documents, create proposals and customer presentations as well as publish success stories.
  • You will prepare mailings and social media posts, and assist in planning and organizing our sales events.
  • You will maintain contact with potential new customers and develop toward becoming an independent Sales Manager.

Your profile

  • You are close to completing or have already completed a degree (e.g., in Business Informatics) or a commercial training (e.g., IT Systems Management).
  • You are looking to start a career in sales and ideally have already gained some initial experience.
  • You are interested in topics such as cloud migration and modernization as well as the implementation of data and AI solutions, and may have had some initial exposure to Microsoft and AWS.
  • You have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a structured, independent, and precise approach to work, even in stressful situations.
  • You communicate professionally, openly and clearly in German and English.
