PRODYNA – Germania: A partnership with a lot of common ground
PRODYNA and the Frankfurt rowing company Germania have agreed on a four-year partnership. With the start of the 2017 rowing season, PRODYNA will be involved in Germania not only financially but also with its knowledge as an innovative IT consulting company.
PROfessionality and DYNAmics are the name and business philosophy of PRODYNA. In 2000, co-founded by Germania rower and today's CEO Hüseyin Cifci, PRODYNA currently has 280 employees at various locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Serbia. PRODYNA develops customized software-applications and systems for its customers, thereby ensuring their competitiveness.
Team spirit, performance orientation and common goals are key factors that are the main focus of PRODYNA and its employees. Commitment is the best prerequisite for success - even in rowing. Therefore PRODYNA offers employees the opportunity to actively participate in rowing.
Over the last few years PRODYNA has been the main sponsor of the German Rowing League and has had regular training sessions for its employees in the rowing company. This fascinating team sport shows colleagues that performance can be great fun and acting downright contagious.
Preservation and development are alignments which also apply to the Germania. The motto "From Tradition: responsibility, performance, success" of Germania is written in the album and obliged them repeatedly to adapt their club business model to today's challenges.
PRODYNA is a strong partner for Germania. Under the guidance of PRODYNA experts, the rowing company will shape its club marketing and presence in social media in a uniform design. With PRODYNA in the role of the "start-up financier", the Germania wants to develop various rehabilitation programs, which extend the rowing range into the morning with customized rowing programs with the help of other partners. The financial support will help the Germania significantly to continue the successful work of the last years with the top team.

Exhibiting at the DMEXCO 2025 with Magnolia
On September 17–18, 2025, we took part in DMEXCO 2025 in Cologne as a co-exhibitor with our partner Magnolia. The event was held at Koelnmesse GmbH and brought together leading players from the digital business, marketing, and tech industry.
Our team welcomed visitors at Hall 6.1, Booth A029, where we showcased our expertise in and highlighted our joint solutions with Magnolia. The booth attracted a wide range of visitors — from potential clients to industry experts — providing valuable networking opportunities and conversations about the future of digital business.
DMEXCO remains one of the largest and most influential digital marketing and tech events in Europe, making our participation a strong opportunity to strengthen brand visibility and present our thought leadership in the digital experience space.
PRODYNA Celebrates 10 Years in Austria
On September 11, 2025, we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone: 10 years of PRODYNA in Austria. Together with colleagues, clients and partners, we gathered at the beautiful JUWEL Wien to mark the occasion.
The evening started with a warm welcome and quickly turned into a lively celebration filled with conversations and plenty of good vibes. Guests enjoyed delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live music that created a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
It was more than just a party – it was a chance to look back on the journey we’ve shared over the past decade, to celebrate the successes we’ve achieved together, and to thank all those who have been part of our story so far.
The highlight of the event was the little quiz game that we played related to information on the PRODYNA group, and more specifically on the PRODYNA group Austria. The three lucky winners won luxurious Austrian delicacies from the renowned Julius Meinl!
The celebration reminded us of what makes PRODYNA strong: our people, our partnerships, and our shared vision for the future.
