Your tasks

• Respond to support tickets: Address issues reported via the internal ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues: Diagnose and resolve issues related to servers, network, hardware, and software as part of the support ticket flow.
• Escalate complex issues: Escalate unresolved or complex tickets to the appropriate level of support or development teams.
• Document solutions: Create detailed documentation for recurring issues, common solutions, and troubleshooting steps to help team members and customers.
• Server management: Administer both on-premise and cloudbased infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ensuring up time, performance, and security.

Your profile

• You are an experienced IT professional with many years of expertise in on-premises infrastructures.
• You have a strong interest in DevOps methods and want to work in a modern, future-oriented environment.
• You have experience with any of the following technologies: Windows Server, Linux Server, Exchange Server, SQL server, SharePoint.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn cloud technologies (Azure or AWS), Kubernetes, GitHub, Terraform, PowerShell.
• You are highly technically inclined, enjoy independently diving into new technologies and tasks, and are eager to share your knowledge with colleagues.
