This highly interactive workshop provides a methodology to explore, identify, and evaluate Al solutions that address your unique business challenges. Using specially crafted Al Cards and Design Thinking methods, we empower everyone to participate, fostering an environment of comprehensive innovation and collaborative innovation. The primary goal is to identify steps in your business workflows which can be automated using AI services to generate business value.
What we bring
20 years of experience with software architecture and custom software development projects for many of the world’s largest enterprises has generated the expertise needed for PRODYNA to help you design and develop applications in the Azure Cloud.
We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner for both Digital & App Innovation and Data & AI and are a member of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), an open-source organization which maintains many of the innovative AI frameworks and projects used in data science projects today. With this offering we will assist you with:
- Understanding the features and capabilities of the Azure AI services.
- Understanding the use-cases in which the Azure AI services can be integrated.
- Demonstrating how the Azure AI services can be integrated into your existing business workflows and applications to achieve quick wins.
- Understand how to generate business value with AI.
What you need
All you need are people interested in using AI to generate business value in your organization. This should be non-technical persons that know and understand your daily business. Persons from your IT are welcome, but not necessarily required.

Introduction
(45 min)
Introduction from PRODYNA:
- Setting the stage, expectations, and goals for the day.
- Short non-technical presentation explaining the basic principles of how generative AI functions.
- Introduction to AI design sprints.
- Overview of today’s scenarios.
Understanding your business workflow
(120 min)
Split into work groups:
- Draw your business workflow on the pin-board (or electronic screen).
- Highlight the workflow steps: where time is lost, that are repetitive, that are error-prone.
- Prioritize the identified steps.
AI Card Mapping
(120 min)
Work in groups:
- Explore the Microsoft AI cards.
- Map the features on the AI cards to the steps in your workflow.
- Use the clusters of AI cards to identify the workflow steps that can be best automated with AI services.
- Prioritize the clusters according to your perceived business value.
Hypothesis
(45 min)
Group discussion:
- Present the findings from the workgroups.
- Create one, or more hypotheses for using AI in the most relevant parts of your business workflow to create business value – (e.g. if we can automate text extraction from the customer forms, we can save c.a. 2000 hours of employee effort per year).
- Next steps.
