What you need
This service presumes that you are already utilizing M365 Office applications and have a configured M365 tenant, preferably including your SharePoint Online-based intranet. If this is not the case, we can assist you in preparing accordingly.

Introduction to management
(2 hours)
Please prepare key facts and focus areas regarding the use of Copilot within your company. Additionally, draft employee communication to inform and guide staff accordingly.
Technical readiness & preparation
(2-4 hours)
PRODYNA will assist your administrators in activating Copilot within your Microsoft Tenant and configuring Copilot for secure data access.
User trainings up to 4 groups
(4 hours per focus group)
Depending on the size of your company, one or more workshops will be conducted to familiarize employees with M365 Copilot. These hands-on sessions will provide participants with an understanding of artificial intelligence and the ways in which Copilot can enhance their productivity. Attendees will also learn how to locate and utilize Copilot effectively.
Agent creation
(2-8 hours)
We will create a custom Agent specific for one of your business cases. This involves data preparation and optimization. An example use-case could be an IT support agent.
Option: AI-Envisioning Workshop
(4 hours)
A workshop to identify steps in business workflows that can be automated using AI agents to generate significant business value.
Option: M365 copilot licenses
We can provide you with the required licenses.
Option: Custom agent development
