You've been working for us for one and a half years now. What makes PRODYNA so special as an employer?

I feel exceptionally comfortable at PRODYNA because of the team spirit. I appreciate my colleagues, who always have an open ear for questions, regardless of whether we are working together on the same project. It's simply about finding solutions, exchanging ideas and moving forward together.

I also appreciate the many opportunities that PRODYNA offers. Whether it's budget for further training, growing beyond one's limits through challenges, or supporting one's ambitious athletic goals through a sponsorship.

What has been your absolute highlight so far in your entire time with us?

My absolute highlight is challenging to define - there are several things that I could name as a highlight. On the one hand, professional highlights through visits to trade fairs and conferences. For example, the Container Days in Hamburg and the WeAreDeveloper Congresses in Berlin. Such events bring momentum into the working day and give you many new impressions that you can take back to PRODYNA and the customer in the project.

A clear highlight for me was the Summer Challenge 2022 in Switzerland, where the goal was to climb a multi-pitch! As a mountain-loving person and enthusiastic climber, my heart opened up.

What do you need to be able to develop ideally? How has PRODYNA supported you in this so far?

PRODYNA offers me exactly what I need for further development and fun at work. This includes a variety and offers for additional training. Through the project business, you quickly come into contact with different technologies and get to know other use cases. Since PRODYNA can support customers in diverse business areas, the business logic is also varied and you can gain insight into various industries.

Nevertheless, there are also excellent internal opportunities for further training and development. In addition to internal training and the option to become certified, an annual budget is available. This can be used to finance learning materials or hands-on in the cloud area.
