Change of legal form: PRODYNA AG becomes PRODYNA SE
In recent years, PRODYNA has grown to a Europe-wide acting company and therefore changed the legal form of a German stock corporation (AG) to a European company (Societas Europaea, SE), effective July 1, 2018.
At an extraordinary general meeting in May, the shareholders of the company had approved the conversion plan and thus cleared the way for a legal form corresponding to the pan-European positioning of the company.
The change of legal form will enable us to better serve our already Europe-wide customer base locally.

Exhibiting at the DMEXCO 2025 with Magnolia
On September 17–18, 2025, we took part in DMEXCO 2025 in Cologne as a co-exhibitor with our partner Magnolia. The event was held at Koelnmesse GmbH and brought together leading players from the digital business, marketing, and tech industry.
Our team welcomed visitors at Hall 6.1, Booth A029, where we showcased our expertise in and highlighted our joint solutions with Magnolia. The booth attracted a wide range of visitors — from potential clients to industry experts — providing valuable networking opportunities and conversations about the future of digital business.
DMEXCO remains one of the largest and most influential digital marketing and tech events in Europe, making our participation a strong opportunity to strengthen brand visibility and present our thought leadership in the digital experience space.
PRODYNA Celebrates 10 Years in Austria
On September 11, 2025, we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone: 10 years of PRODYNA in Austria. Together with colleagues, clients and partners, we gathered at the beautiful JUWEL Wien to mark the occasion.
The evening started with a warm welcome and quickly turned into a lively celebration filled with conversations and plenty of good vibes. Guests enjoyed delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live music that created a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
It was more than just a party – it was a chance to look back on the journey we’ve shared over the past decade, to celebrate the successes we’ve achieved together, and to thank all those who have been part of our story so far.
The highlight of the event was the little quiz game that we played related to information on the PRODYNA group, and more specifically on the PRODYNA group Austria. The three lucky winners won luxurious Austrian delicacies from the renowned Julius Meinl!
The celebration reminded us of what makes PRODYNA strong: our people, our partnerships, and our shared vision for the future.
